The Ultimate Super Computer

The human brain is solving problems even when you are not consciously aware that there is a problem that needs solving. For example, the human eye has a blind spot in it. You never notice it because your brain fills that blind spot in for you (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filling-in). There are exercises that can be done to “trick” your brain into letting you see the blind spot; however, it is not easy because your brain is so good at filling in the blanks for you.

This amazing supercomputer is also attempting to “fill in” the mystery of God. The human mind is faced with a conundrum: How can God be real when I never see him do anything? The human super computer will attempt to fill the gap by pulling from other experiences and your environment to “solve” the mystery.

The Things We Don't Know

Grigori Perelman is the man who solved one of the “7 mysteries” of the mathematical world, the Poincaré conjecture.  These 7 mysteries, once solved, may change the world as we know it.  To mathematicians, Grigori Perelman's proof of the Poincaré conjecture qualifies at least as the breakthrough of the decade.

His initial proof was worked out in over three hundred pages and answered a question that was first asked over 100 years ago.  The full ramifications of its solving have not even been realized yet.

Perelman’s discovery illustrates that there is so much about our world that we simply do not understand; however, we plow ahead trusting that we understand all there is to know.  This could, and often does, prove disastrous.

Brainwashed!!

Brainwashing (also known as thought reform or re-education) consists of any effort aimed at instilling certain attitudes and beliefs in a person — beliefs sometimes unwelcome or in conflict with the person's prior beliefs and knowledge. – Wikipedia.org

The word brainwashing came into common use in America to explain why a relatively high percentage of American soldiers defected to the enemy side after becoming prisoners-of-war in Korea. Later analysis determined that some of the primary methodologies employed against American troops during their imprisonment included sleep-deprivation and other intense psychological manipulations (controlled, falsified media) designed to break down the autonomy of individuals.
